Bantrel was awarded several scoping studies including an autoclave vacuum degassing, start up vacuum pump upgrade, reflux condenser replacement, and PVC resin pneumatic transfer upgrade to increase PVC production rate by increasing PVC resin transfer rates and reducing autoclave degassing period. The objective of the studies was to determine the modifications required to increase operating efficiencies with minimum investment.
