Bantrel celebrated North American Occupational and Health Week, otherwise known as NAOSH Week, from May 1 – 7.

Personnel and customers from all Bantrel offices participated in a host of fun noon-hour events. The activities incorporated several aspects of health and safety, including yoga, People Based Safety training, chair massages, a lesson in ergonomics and safety videos.

The week concluded in Calgary with a hard hat decorating challenge, which saw over 50 people show off their creative talent to accentuate the week's safety theme. Participants at Bantrel Place had 20 minutes to decorate their hard hats with the provided craft supplies and materials they brought from home. The competition was tight, but after a finalist catwalk the HSE judging panel crowned a winner.

“Bantrel has an annual tradition to observe NAOSH Week as part of our ongoing commitment to safety," says Jeff Erb, Manager of HSE. "It's a national celebration of the efforts companies are making to continuously improve and we're proud to provide ongoing support to this type of safety initiative in our industry."

For yet another year, employees across all disciplines showed their commitment to safety by making NAOSH week a huge success.
