Bantrel specializes in co-generation and natural gas-fired power plants. Together with Bechtel, our parent company, over the past 50 years we have completed more than 440 fossil-fired power plant units, 150 nuclear generating units, 50 waste-to-energy projects, 50 coal gasification projects, 60 hydroelectric plants, 40 independent power/cogeneration plants, 30 waste fuel plants, and 19 fluidized bed boilers.

Power GenerationPart of Bantrel's engineering services is to provide our clients with the latest and best available technological solutions. We coordinate our efforts with Bechtel's Fossil Technology Group, which specializes in cycle optimization, boiler technology, turbine technology, emissions controls, electrical and control systems, environmental technologies and other related technologies.
