They have more than 250 years experience in the EPC industry, and almost 100 years experience with our company.
Tony has 28 years of experience in labour relations, human resources,
safety and business development in the construction and maintenance
industries across Canada and the United States.
Tony joined Bantrel Constructors in 2007 as Manager of Labour Relations
for Eastern Canada and in 2009 he assumed responsibility for labour
relations in Western Canada. Tony was appointed Vice President of Bantrel
Constructors in 2010.
Tony graduated from the University of Western Ontario and continued his
education at the University of Windsor where he studied business. Throughout
his career, he has built a reputation for forging relationships in the
industry. Tony is involved with numerous trade organizations, including the
Industrial Contractors Association of Canada, the Boilermaker Contractors
Association of Canada and the Electrical Power Systems Construction
Association in Ontario. He is a founding member and current Director of the
Construction Sector Council of Canada. Tony serves as a management trustee
for the Training Funds for the Piping Industry in Canada and United States
as well as a trustee for the Teamsters' National Pension Fund and
Operating Engineers in Saskatchewan. He acts as senior labour advisor to the
Construction Users Council of Ontario.
Tony and his wife Jane have three children, Christopher, Andrea and Ava.
