Founded in 1983, Bantrel designs and builds some of the largest and most complex upgrading and refining facilities in Canada. Our portfolio of current projects is valued at more than $20 billion.

We are backed by a stable, experienced senior management team, and employ more than 3,500 EPC professionals in our Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto offices. Our wholly owned subsidiary Bantrel Constructors Co. employs another 1,500 dedicated tradespeople.

Bantrel has long-term client relationships with many of the biggest names in the business including Suncor, Shell and Petro-Canada. And, we are well positioned to participate in more of the industry's most promising projects.

Bantrel is headquartered in Calgary. We are privately owned by Bechtel, one of the largest EPC companies in the world, and McCaig Investments, a Calgary-based holding company.
